Afternoon Delights

Afternoon tea is a great time to sneak a piece of leftover cake or a breakfast muffin. We often freeze extra treats and bring them back out on a winter afternoon for tea in front of the fire. Most of these started out as breakfast treats, but they go equally well at tea time, or evening dessert. Warning – they can be habit-forming!
